These tools were designed by Marty Runik to fix the common problem of the leverage point of a standard door hook moving up the shaft of the tool as the tech twists or pushes. This problem results in the tech having to use more force to remove the dent and is most noticeable when the tool is put down the door at an angle, or past the middle of a door.
This design forces the leverage point to stay ONLY at the heel of the tool no matter how hard the tech twists or what angle or distance the tool is put down the door. Less pushing effort means less strain on those joints guys!
